Schedule: PeeWee Drama, 3-6 years Wednesdays, 10:30-11:20AM or 2:10-3PM Dates: 1/30/08 – 5/28/08, 16 Weeks, Recital, 5/28, 7PM Instructor: Orion Couling, Location: Chicago Dramatists Tuition: $240 Description: PeeWee is a high energy class that includes a fun physical and vocal warm-up which leads into the reading and playful acting out of a story. Most stories are books suggested by the students themselves. Sometimes we make our own props, or whip up a little recipe, if the story calls for it. This class is free-flowing, fast-paced and flexible. It’s all about imagining together.

Swords to Sabers, 7+ years Wednesdays, 11:30AM-1:30PM Dates: 1/30/08 – 5/28/08, 16 Weeks, Final Performance 5/28, 7:30PM Instructor: Orion Couling, Location: Chicago Dramatists Tuition: $400 Description: The extremely high energy, Swords and Sabers class works on Stage Combat skills combining Shakespearean and Sci-fi scenarios. While games abound, students will focus on traditional sword-work, voice stagecraft. Swords to Sabers strongly emphasizes teamwork. The final performance will be an original work created by, for and with the students.

Teen Fight & Fantasy 13+ years Wednesdays: 3-5PM Dates: 1/30/08 – 5/28/08, 16 Weeks, Final Performance 5/28, 7:30 PM Instructor: Orion Couling, Location: Chicago Dramatists Tuition: $400 & Weapon Fee ($30-$100 depending on your weapon choice) Description: Teen Fight & Fantasy is an intense skill acquirement class. Students will learn traditional sword and other types of combat (depending on skill and interest level), by working on scenes from favorite plays and movies. Fight and Fantasy is a serious theater class that includes acting, voice and stagecraft and requires commitment and practice outside of class. The Final Performance Project will be determined by the students.

Footlights, 7+ years Wednesdays: 4-6PM Dates: Winter 1/16/08 – 3/19/08, 8 Weeks, Final Performance 3/19/08, 7PM Spring 3/26/08 – 5/14/08, 8 Weeks, Final Performance 5/14/08, 7PM Instructor: KellyAnn Corcoran, Location: Theater Building Tuition: $225 per session Description: Footlights is a dynamic technique and games based class. Students will play a gamut of games for fun and skill enhancement as well as work on basic stagecraft, including voice and movement. Individual attention is given to each student to develop his/her own personal strengths. The Final Performance Project is an original work written especially for this class by renowned Chicago playwright Barrie Cole.

Performance Ensemble, 10+ years Tuesdays, 1-4PM, Dates: 1/29/08 – 1/27/08 and Thursdays beginning 4/3/08 through 1/27/08, 4-7PM, Final Performances 1/26/08 & 1/27/08 Instructor: KellyAnn Corcoran, Location: Chicago Dramatists Description: Performance Ensemble is an intense and challenging theater class. Though there is never a shortage of fun, Performance Ensemble requires a serious commitment to oneself and to the group. In an atmosphere of trust and respect, students work together with KellyAnn to develop performance abilities as individuals and as a group. Strong emphasis is placed on voice and movement and extra rehearsals are called in May in preparation for the Final Performances. Practice and commitment outside of class is a must.

**Deposits are required to hold your space in class and are nonrefundable after the first day of class. Tuition is refundable for the first three weeks of class minus classes already attended.
