Chic-a-go-go for all

Ever want to dance like a fool on cable access TV with your kids in tow and preferably dressed up in costume? If so, you should give Chic-a-go-go a try. Chic-a-go-go is a monthly dance party hosted by Miss Mia and her pal Ratso the puppet who tells lamer jokes than a four-year-old with a knock-knock habit. There is usually a mix of die hard young adult fans present, a slew of hipster parents and a guest band. Later in the month you can tune in to see how you look on television. It is a surreal experience a la Soul Train, only with a bit more tongue in cheek. Entry fee? Nada! Sometimes snacks are provided too.
